The Executive Director of Cross-Partner Strategy will develop marketing solutions across Partners to drive portfolio engagement and improve customer experience and create value to improve satisfaction, engagement and retention. This individual will collaborate with the COE’s and the co-brand GMs to develop strategies and customized, targeted programs that can be leveraged across partners utilizing card behavior and partner triggers to maximize results. The Executive Director will also develop cross-partner engagement events/activities to engage our Partners and drive loyalty to Chase.
The Director will collaborate with the GMs and COEs to identify channel and technological solutions opportunities to further integrate into partner and Chase channels to drive portfolio engagement. Additionally, they will consider cross-partner requirements and integrated solutions that minimize the customization requirements and complexity for each Partner. The Director will also be the lead the coordination of revenue and reengineering efforts across the partner teams. The Director will serve as Partner representative on key firm-wide strategic marketing development projects. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for managing Partner meeting routines to ensure communication of firm-wide strategic projects to the Partner team.
Description of Responsibilities:
Coordinate with leaders across Partner Business Units, COEs, Risk, Finance, and Operations on cross-partner strategic initiatives creating value and loyalty maximizing engagement
Develop new cross-partner engagement campaigns that utilize card and partner data to create targeted campaigns to maximize revenue
Build requirements for Partner with COEs to ensure partner needs are represented in portfolio strategy, customer experience strategy, testing, and investment decisions
Lead cross-functional change to drive card satisfaction and portfolio growth through targeted offers and redemption campaigns that align with Partner Business Unit objectives
Provide both strategic and tactical input for key business decisions within Portfolio marketing
Close coordination with analytical resources to develop cross partner customizations requirements to minimize resource requirements but customization to achieve superior program results
Lead strong Controls monitoring and audit readiness across Partner BU
Lead cross-partner initiatives with an understanding and sensitivity of confidentiality requirements while also seeking to leverage cross partner best practices.
10+ years related experience in a Marketing with P&L management responsibilities, preferably in the credit card industry
Proven results with regard to driving cardmember engagement, satisfaction, and improving customer experience/efficiency
Experience in developing large scale targeted marketing strategies with multiple components
Ability to influence cross functional teams in a matrixed environment
Foundational controls orientation
Strong interpersonal effectiveness with ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of management and across organization
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive measurable outcomes
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage P&L objectives
Articulate a vision and motivate teams to work together to achieve tactical and strategic outcomes; motivating leader with a strong desire to transform processes
Proactive, positive attitude, self starter approach
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
