Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) Team

The Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team resides within Corporate Finance. The group is responsible for the execution and delivery against the Firm’s regulatory reporting requirements to its U.S. regulators. The team has end-to-end responsibility for US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing, including the design, implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, control and governance frameworks. Its mandate includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm’s US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing submissions, as well as the implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published.

The objectives of the FRRA Team are to provide leadership on all aspects of US regulatory reporting and Firmwide capital stress-testing, including both internal and regulatory requirements.

Position Overview:

This position is within the FRI Operational Strategy Team and will be focused on delivering production tools and processing activities in support of the Finance & Risk Roadmap. Through partnership with technology, finance operations, and the business architecture team; the focus will be on delivering new products, reports, and increased functionality to the strategic finance platform (FRI). Using natural synergies and partnerships with all lines of business the team will bring the next phase of finance reporting to fruition.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working within a transverse project/production structure.

  • Lead Agile work stream in an autonomous structure while meeting program goals and deadlines.

  • Support the operations team through the continuous on-boarding of strategic deliverables.

  • Engaging with line of business, operations, and project partners to gather feedback/requirements.

  • Managing relations, communicating and presenting to various levels of stakeholders.

  • Solving for operational deficiencies by developing systemic or operational solutions.

  • Develop knowledge of the architecture and technical aspects of the infrastructure.

  • Escalating issues as needed to the appropriate team(s) and management.

  • Support the operations team through the continuous on-boarding of strategic deliverables.

This position requires strong interpersonal and partnership skills. Also, the ability to partner with Risk & Finance Technology, Project Teams and Line of Business Teams in order to execute on established deliverables is key. The candidate should be able to translate technical jargon into real world scenarios for articulation. The candidate will be required to work with a sense of urgency and be able to balance and prioritize numerous activities. Previous operations experience in reconciliation, data quality research, and data visualization experience is a plus.


  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.

  • 7 to10+ years relevant work experience.

  • Prior operations experience and people management required.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and time management skills.

  • Proven track record of designing solutions and solving for scale.

  • Project Management exposure, specifically in the Agile methodology.
