This job was posted by https://joblink.delaware.gov : For more information, please see: https://joblink.delaware.gov/ada/r/jobs/568039 Apex Life Sciences has an immediate opening for an Assistant Buyer with a growing Life Science company in Delaware.nResponsibilities:nPrepare accurate purchase orders from submitted requisitionsnNegotiates pricing, delivery and termsnMonitor open PO report, proactively identify and address possible delivery expedite issuesnWork with Receiving staff to ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing productsnAssist with maintaining inventory levels of products used on a regular basisnGenerate and reconcile month-end client project job costing reportsnSubmit project job costing reports for reviewnPerforms miscellaneous job duties as assignednRequirements:nBachelor’s degree in Business field.nMust have prior experience with purchasing.nMust have cost evaluation experience.nMust have experience with MS Excel and MS Word.nSAP experience is strongly preferred.nEEO EmployernApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
