ResortQuest, Bethany Beach, DE / high rise, ocean front – in need of full time/seasonal maintenance assistants beginning in mid-April until September. Job requires some lifting, general maintenance work orders, and janitorial duties. Customer Service “can do” attitude a must! Seasonal FT position in Maintenance Department, responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the property building, grounds, and common areas as assigned by supervisor.
Clean and maintain in operating condition all assigned common areas. This includes, but is not limited to front entrance and lobby area, game and meeting rooms, fitness center, parking lot, walkways, Stairways and elevators. Also includes window cleaning and trash removal.
Complete ground maintenance duties as assigned, cush as parking lot areas and courtyards.
Assist with painting and light checks.
Notify supervisor of supplies needed.
Responsible for keeping maintenance shops in clean, organized, and safe conditions. Safeguard all supplies, equipment, tools.
