Our client in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their Human Resources team! This individual would be responsible for the lifecycle of recruiting and hiring, including successfully sourcing, qualifying, and recommending external candidates for various positions within the company, and managing the logistics and effectiveness of the interview process. This is a temporary assignment that would begin immediately and run for approximatley six months. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and the pay rate is between $20-30/hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities will include:

-Develop effective partnerships with departmental managers to understand their business and recruiting needs and establish effective recruiting strategies
-Source candidates by utlizing social media, employee referrals, advertising, job fairs, general inquiries, and staffing agencies
-Prescreen and qualify candidates
-Establish positive relationships with candidates
-Manage candidate schedule and interview process from initiation to hire
-Stay current with industry trends and developments to create innovative hiring techniques
-Maintain and protect sensitive information
-Participate in general HR activities as an effective member of the Human Resources team

Working hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

Qualifications:
-5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment required
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment that demands a high level of commitment
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
-Good interpersonal and organizational skills
-Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
