Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree required in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant discipline.

Minimum 10 years experience performing, managing and developing environmental compliance monitoring and auditing programs in a variety of industrial and manufacturing settings. Must have successful sales and business development experience in multi-client programs.

Must have high level experience working with EPA CAA, CWA, SDWA, RCRA, MACT, EPCRA, TSCA, OSHA, and other regulatory programs with specific experience in the following states (DE, NJ, PA, MD.)

Candidate must be highly motivated with good client communication skills both in written and verbal forms.

Job Description: A Seller-Doer role performing, managing, and developing environmental compliance, monitoring, and auditing programs for multiple chemical and industrial clients. Candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring support staff of approximately 2-15 persons. Some travel may be required (estimated 20%). Occasional work at client sites may be necessary. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those stated above.
